I tried to read an article in your eLibrary but couldn’t. Why not?
There are a few possible reasons. First, to view the full text you need to be a subscriber, since we do not offer free access. Second, if you happened to have closed out of our site and then tried to return to it right away, it may say that you are allowed only one user. This is because the system takes up to ten minutes to recognize that you left the site, so when you try to re-enter right away, it looks like a second person is trying to use the access code. Third, you may have to enable your Cookies function, so that your computer can retain the memory of the username/password you type in, once you click to the next page. To check your Cookies function, just click on the URL below and look for the appropriate instructions.

If there is still a problem, please call toll-free 866-211-6040.
