        Cleansing Milks And Facials
       
        Today's active woman supplements her skin-care regime with gentle cleansing milks and stimulating facials. Cleansing milks remove grime and nourish the complexion. Suitable for all skin types, they may be used every day. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
       
        -Milk and honey: Warm one-quarter cup milk and one-quarter cup honey in a saucepan. When the honey has melted, message the lukewarm liquid into your face and neck; follow with a warm-water rinse. You'll find that milk-and-honey lotion tightens pores and smooths bumpy skin.
       
        -Carrots and cream: Combine one-half cup plain yogurt and a carrot in a blender. Rub the cream into your skin, then rinse with tepid water. This conditioner works wonders for minor blemishes.
       
        -Cucumber elixir: Blend a small cucumber, one egg white, two tablespoons plain yogurt, and one tablespoon vegetable oil. Pat on twice a day to keep wrinkles at bay.
